"Good photos" refer to all the images captured during the session, excluding those that do not meet our professional standards. As part of our process, we carefully review the images to remove only those that are unusable, such as test shots, images with closed eyes or turned heads, and any that are blurry or out of focus. This ensures you receive a complete gallery of meaningful and high-quality moments from your session.

The edited photos included in all of our packages undergo processing in terms of color, lighting, and shadow to achieve a consistent feel and vibe that aligns with our brand. These edits are designed to enhance the overall aesthetic and quality of the image. For those looking for additional enhancements, we offer a retouching service as an optional add-on for SGD 12 per image. Retouched photos receive detailed and careful enhancements in post-processing, including overall slimming, skin smoothening, and blemish cleanup (aka "Photoshop"). While we strive to maintain a natural look, specific requests such as slimming of arms or tummy, or coloring of grey hair can be accommodated for retouched photos on a case by case basis. We particularly recommend the retouching service for photos intended for larger formats, such as canvas prints for display at home. Our goal is to provide you with options that best suit your preferences and the intended use of your cherished photographs.

We do not provide raw files or unedited photos as part of our service as we believe in delivering finished artworks that meet our quality standards; they are not for sale either. Raw files are an essential part of our creative process, allowing us to craft and enhance each image to perfection. We consider the final, edited photos as the completed expression of our artistry and, therefore, the only version available for viewing or purchase.

We strive to provide a seamless and swift turnaround for your precious memories. You can expect your edited masterpieces to arrive within 3 - 5 days, ready to be cherished keepsakes. If you opt for our retouching service, please allow 7 - 10 days, as this process involves more detailed post-processing for an extra layer of perfection. Our standard packages include high-resolution digital photos that you can conveniently download and share online. However, if you are interested in obtaining hard copy prints, we offer a range of print options through our partnerships with printers. Absolutely! Pets are more than welcome to join in the fun; after all, they are an integral part of the family. If you'd like to include your furry friend in the photoshoot, please inform us in advance before the scheduled session, and we will do our best to accommodate. However, please note that permission is subject to the Studio Manager's agreement. For pets that are not toilet trained, we kindly request the use of pet diapers or placement in a safe cage during the session. In the event that your pet causes any damage, such as soiling studio property or equipment, including but not limited to flooring, carpets, rugs, props, or furniture, you will be liable for the associated cleaning costs. We will provide a detailed invoice or receipt from the cleaning vendor for your reference. Our goal is to ensure a delightful and clean environment for all our clients, including our furry friends. At the moment, we do not provide outfits for most sessions, except for maternity wear and for newborn baby. While we have a selection of outfits in the studio tailored for young children, we recommend parents to bring their own outfits for the session. If we happen to have suitable outfits available on the day of your session, we will happily suggest them. Additionally, as part of our commitment to ensuring your experience is seamless, we offer personalized style consultations as a value-added service. A "set-up" in our photography sessions refers to a scene or arrangement within the session. This could involve a change in backdrop, props, or lighting to create varied and visually appealing compositions. Our goal is to provide diverse and captivating images, and these set-ups allow us to capture different moods, styles, or themes during your session specially crafted and catered to every unique family. The allocated session duration includes buffer time to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience. This buffer allows for essential activities like outfit changes, settling in, and helping little ones feel comfortable—crucial factors for capturing their natural expressions. Booking a session with us is a simple and personalized process. Once you express your interest, reach out to us to schedule a mutually available slot for your photography session. Once the date is confirmed, we will issue a formal invoice. Upon receipt of a 50% deposit, your booking slot will be secured in our schedule. Following this, we'll provide you with a questionnaire to better understand you and your family, ensuring a tailored and meaningful session. Additionally, we'll supply a comprehensive preparation guide to help you prepare for the upcoming session. Our goal is to make the process seamless, enjoyable, and personalized for each family.

To secure your slot in our schedule, we require a 50% deposit upon booking. This deposit is essential to fairly compensate us for dedicating time to provide our services and for the commitment involved. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot, following the session. This allows us to begin processing your images promptly. Our transparent payment structure is designed to ensure a smooth and convenient experience for you.
