WHAT TO EXPECT

We understand that welcoming a newborn into your family is a momentous occasion filled with love and wonder. We're here to ensure that your 'Joyful Arrival' newborn photoshoot experience is as beautiful and stress-free as this unique time in your life deserves.

01. PERSONALIZED QUESTIONNAIRE

After securing your session, we'll invite you to complete a personalized questionnaire. This is our way of getting to know you, your family, and your preferences better. We want to ensure that your photoshoot is a true reflection of your story.

02. PREP GUIDE AND COMMUNICATION

We'll provide you with a comprehensive prep guide, including tips, tricks, and a handy packing list to help you prepare for the session. This will guarantee a smoother and more enjoyable experience.
Communication is crucial, especially for newborn sessions, where surprises can arise as the due date approaches. Rest assured, we're prepared for the unexpected, such as early arrivals or medical conditions that require monitoring.
We encourage open communication, and you're welcome to reach out with questions or updates at any time.

03. DAY BEFORE CHECK-IN

One day before the session, we'll touch base with you to discuss your baby's napping and feeding schedule. This ensures that we're well-prepared for the session and can create the most comfortable atmosphere for your little one.

04. ARRIVAL AT OUR STUDIO

On the day of the photoshoot, upon your arrival at our studio, you and your spouse will be invited to relax on our exceptionally comfortable couch while older children enjoy our play area.
We'll have a brief chat with you to gather information about your baby's last feed, nap, and nappy change.

05. INCLUSIVE FAMILY SHOTS

Once everything is comfortable and settled, we'll gently prepare your baby, ensuring both safety and comfort.
We include you, your spouse, and any accompanying older child(ren) in family shots throughout the session as our key goal is to capture precious moments and interactions between family members.
Our experienced team will guide you throughout, maintaining a light-hearted atmosphere, and even sharing some jokes to make the session enjoyable.

06. CATERING TO NEWBORN QUIRKS

Every newborn has their unique quirks. Generally, when newborns are sleepy (which they often are), it's easier to gently move them into poses safely while they're content.
During the session, we will follow baby's cues whenever needed - think diaper changes, feedings, and those little yawns! Fret not if your baby decides to be fussy or needs to be fed on demand, we're flexible and prepared to cater to your baby's needs at all times.

07. QUICK PREVIEW & GALLERY DELIVERY

After the photoshoot, if time allows, we'll provide you with a quick preview of the photos on our iMac. This gives you a sneak peek of the moments we've captured before you leave the studio.
Your edited masterpieces will be delivered to you within 3 - 5 days, ready to be treasured keepsakes that document this magical journey forever.

They are very professional and great with dealing both kids and adults 😂 The results are great too!! And I wanted to express my gratitude to the photographer! My baby was pretty cranky as he was lacking of sleep on the day of photoshoot and we have actually decided not to take anymore, but the photographer actually insisted of me taking with my baby to capture because these are very precious moments worth taking.
